CARRBORO, NC -- The Carrboro Police Department invites the community to come out for the National Night Out event being held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5 at Carrboro Town Commons, 301 W. Main St.
There will be games, face painting, free food (provided by Monterrey Mexican Restaurant and Pelican’s Snoballs), activities, music and Zumba, a dunk tank, and many organizations in attendance with tables. Bring non-perishable food items to “Pack The Patrol Car!” These items will be donated to TABLE. CLAWS Inc. will be in attendance with some unique animals, and Orange County Animal Services will be there with information on pet adoption.
